Campus Canteen is an online convenience store that delivers the goods! We strive to deliver prompt service as well as quality and variety that cannot be matched by other convenience stores.

How long does it normally take to get my order?
Canteen Carl promises to always deliver your order as quickly as possible, and we’re almost always there in 30 minutes or less.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a $5 minimium order for Campus Canteen deliveries.

Is there a delivery fee?
Carl provides free delivery on every order!

Can I place an order over the phone?
In order to provide all customers will the fastest service possible, we do not accept orders over the phone.

Can I suggest a product?
Of course! If you do not see it on the site, please go ahead and suggest it. Feedback on products and service is always welcome. Just click on Feedback and select the Suggest a Product option.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our business, once you have placed an order we can not accept returns.

Will the driver know what I ordered?
Unless you order a tobacco product, our drivers will not know the contents of your order. Drivers will be notified about tobacco product orders in order to verify age.

What is your privacy policy?
The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We will never sell or distribute your e-mail address, phone number, or any other piece of info you trust us enough to provide. You will not be added to any e-mail or phone list without your explicit permission.

Is my personal information secure?
Credit card data and personal information are two of the most important items you own and we take that fact seriously. That’s why we don’t store your credit card numbers on our servers and is immediately transmitted to our payment processor over a secure connection and your other personal data is maintained in a secure database.

How can I apply for a job?

User Account Questions

How do I create a user account?
Creating a new account is as simple as clicking the “Not registered yet?” link on the home page and filling out just a few pieces of information. Your email address will serve as your username and the street address will be your default delivery address. Once your account has been created you’ll be able to make purchases, review your order history, and edit your account information.

Can I edit my user account information after I've created an account?
Yes. To edit your account information, log in to Campus Canteen and select the “View my account” link on the right column of the web site. From this page, select “Account Details,” which will bring you to an edit form to change any piece of your personal information, including your email address and password.

I've lost my password, what should I do?
In the event that you’ve lost or misplaced your password, choose the “Forgot your password?” link on the right column of the web site, enter your email address, and submit the form. A new password will be generated and emailed to you. It is highly recommended that upon receiving your new password you log in to CampusCanteen.com, go to the Account Details page, and change your password.

Canteen Bucks Questions

What are Canteen Bucks?
Canteen Bucks is our gift card system. Send a present to a friend. Parents give your student that study break reward. Professors can even give out bucks to their students! Learn more here.

How do I use my Canteen Bucks?
Canteen Bucks work like a debit account. You have a specific dollar amount of Canteen Bucks, which is always viewable in the right column when a user is logged in. When entering payment information, you may select any number of your Bucks to be used towards your current order. These Bucks are then deducted from the total price your order.

How can I purchase Canteen Bucks?
You can purchase Bucks by clicking the Canteen Bucks link at the top of the page and then choosing Purchase Bucks. Buy them for a friend, or buy them for yourself. Or better yet, get your parents to buy them for you. Just enter your email address and the recipients email address and check out. You don’t even have to be a registered user to buy them for a friend!

How do I redeem a Canteen Bucks certificate?
Make sure you’re logged in and click the Canteen Bucks link at the top of the page. Choose Redeem Bucks, enter your code, and then click Redeem! It’s as easy as that.

Store Questions

How does search work?
The search box on the web site searches our entire product database by name of product, keyword, and brand.

How do I place an order?
When you see items you would like to purchase while browsing around our online store, enter how many you would like and press the "Add to Cart" button directly below the product you want. This will add the item to your shopping cart, which you can view on the right side of the site. When you are finished shopping, press the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the shopping cart and proceed to either log-in or the checkout page where you can enter your delivery address and billing information. Click submit and a member of Carl's Crew will start putting your order together.

Should I tip the driver?
Carl’s crew hustles to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, and we certainly encourage all our customers to leave a tip for our drivers. We operate much like a restaurant, with most of the salary of the delivery crew coming from tips. You will be asked to Tip the Driver while checking out. The whole crew really appreciates the tips.

Can I deliver to an address that is different than the address associated with my account?
Absolutely! On the checkout page the delivery address fields are automatically filled with the address that is associated with your account, however, you can easily change this address if you want your order delivered someplace else.

Can I place an order to be delivered at a specific time?
Yes. On the checkout page there is a section where you can select a specific delivery time in the future. But remember, deliveries can only be made during our regular delivery hours.

Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to cancel it. If you have an issue with an order after you place it, please use the Feedback link at the top and select Order or Deliver Inquiries.

Can I order tobacco products?
Yes, as long as you are over 18 and have your ID handy. In order to buy cigarettes, cigars, or smokeless tobacco, the credit card holder must provide a valid ID at the time of delivery.

If you do not have your ID, we will not be able to give you the product. If you cannot show the driver a valid ID, we will have to take back the tobacco product and will charge you the $1.50 delivery fee. We will credit your Campus Canteen account the difference after subtracting out the delivery fee.

Why is the item I want no longer listed in the store?
Occasionally we will run out of stock of a certain item and will not be able to replenish it for a couple days. We remove the product from the website until it is back in stock.

My order did not arrive. What should I do?
If you have waited more then 35 minutes since placing your order, please go to Feedback and select the Order or Delivery Inquiries option in order to confirm that we received your order. Someone from Carl’s Crew will contact you within 5 minutes if your order is not around the corner.

One of the items I ordered is missing from the delivery?
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please first check your receipt that was included in your bag (If you can’t find your receipt, go to the View My Account link at the top of the website to view your previous order). Make sure that all your expected items were ordered. If you believe an item was missing, please go to Feedback and select the Order or Delivery Inquiries option to explain your concern. Someone from Carl’s Crew will get back to you within 5 minutes. Carl would like to personally apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

One of the items in my delivery package is the wrong item?
If you believe you received the wrong product, please first check your receipt that was included in your bag (If you can’t find your receipt, go to the View My Account link at the top of the website to view your previous order). Make sure that the item you received was not ordered by mistake. If the item is the wrong product, please go to Feedback and select the Order or Delivery Inquiries option to explain your concern. Someone from Carl’s Crew will get back to you within 5 minutes. Carl would like to personally apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

Billing Questions

Why is more than one charge appearing on my credit/debit card statement?
Multiple charges appear on your credit or debit card statement when there is a failed transaction. Because of the way the online transaction is dealt with by credit card companies, a "hold" is put on your your card for the amount of the Campus Canteen charge, regardless of if the transaction is approved or declined. Be sure to note that CAMPUS CANTEEN WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU ONE TIME FOR YOUR ORDER. The holds that the credit/debit card companies place on your card is only temporary and will be removed from your bill in 1-7 days, depending on the policy of the financial institution. If you have additional questions or concerns, please use the Feedback link above and we'll be sure to contact you as soon as possible (leave a phone number for a faster response).

What forms of payment can I use to place an order?
We accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Canteen Bucks. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.

Is there sales tax on my order?
Yes your order will be charged 7% for Clarke County and Georgia state sales tax.

Is my information saved on the checkout page?
On the checkout page, your shipping address is automatically filled in based on the default address associated with your user account. Your billing address is automatically filled in based on the address you used for your most recent order. Both of these addresses are completely editable at the time of your order.

Is the payment process secure?
Your credit card and personal information is encrypted and then transmitted to our payment processor over an HTTPS secure link. Your credit card data is not stored on our servers, it is directly transmitted to our payment processor. We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant, which means that your credit card information is secure.

Payment Processing
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you press the submit button on the "Confirm Order" page during the checkout process. Charges are processed immediately upon ordering.

Will I get a copy of my receipt?
A copy of your receipt will be e-mailed to you. You may also take a look at your previous orders in the View My Account and clicking the Order History link.
